Visit counting
We count how many times our site is visited without using cookies and without storing your IP address or browser details. To do this, we create an irreversible digest with a key that is specific to the day of the visit and deleted at the end of the day, and we delete this digest within 48 hours at the latest. This count doesn't identify you, doesn't link your visits on different days and isn't shared with anyone.
Chat window
What you write in the chat window on this site is processed by AI on Vera Support LLC infrastructure (USA) to generate replies. Your messages may be seen and answered by store staff; when store staff take over the chat, your messages are not sent to the AI. Chats are deleted 30 days after the last message; your name and IP address are not added, and numbers that look like card numbers are masked before saving. Questions the AI couldn't answer are kept for 90 days, with personal details masked, to improve the store's frequently asked questions.
